Utrecht, June 12, 2025 – As part of its multi-vendor strategy for customer experience (CX), RealConnections today announced a new partnership with Intercom, the industry leading AI customer service company. This partnership means organizations can now turn to RealConnections for advice, implementation, and support related to Intercom’s seamless customer service platform, including Fin.
